Do you have a minimum call-out charge?
I don't have a "call-out charge", but I do charge a minimum of 1hr per visit.
My hourly rates for UNQUOTED works are as follows (from time ON site to time OFF site);
Post Code Areas LE9, LE10, CV11, CV13Normal Business Hours - £50+VAT per hourOne hour minimum charge, then per 15 minute increment thereafter
All Other Post Code AreasNormal Business Hours - £75+VAT first hour, then £50+VAT per hourOne hour minimum charge, then per 15 minute increment thereafter
EMERGENCIES (2hr Response)All Out of Hours Emergency (2hr) Response Call-Outs are charged at £90+VAT per hour, regardless of time or post code area.One hour minimum charge, then per 15 minute increment thereafter
